  • All of our trainers hold qualifications in 1-on-1 tailored strength training and have been through our internal training programs.
  • €60 per session on our auto-pay program.

What is our Covid-19 Safety Protocol?

  1. Wiping down all equipment before every exercise.
  2. Washing hands between every client.
  3. If you prefer, we will wear masks during your workout.
  4. We ask that you:
    1. Please wash your hands or use the sanitizer provided when you arrive.
    2. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and you can do a Virtual Workout.
