  • An expert personal trainer will coach you through every session alongside a maximum of 2 other clients (3:1 client to trainer ratio).

Great experience training with Optima Strength. I had the pleasure of having Lawrence as my coach. Hugely knowledgeable and great personally too. Great care and attention paid to my programme,... making adjustments along the way to get the most out of my training. I trained with Optima Strength remotely through the lockdowns and was still able to see great improvements with my strength and body composition - even with limited equipment available. Lawrence really helped with helping me to understand my body better so that I can train optimally. Can’t recommend Optima Strength enough. I just wish I lived closer so that I could workout at the studio!read more

It had been years since I'd darkened the door of a gym and I'd never really done anything in the realm of one-to-one training. I recently visited Lawrence Neal at Optima strength to take him up on his offer of a free 1 on 1 consultation. I was very impressed with Lawrence’s knowledge and expertise in strength training. He... uses state of the art equipment in his studio and unlike some other gyms, at Optima Strength 1 on 1 training means 1 on 1 training. Lawrence gives you his undivided attention for the whole workout which is very efficient and very effective. I have joined Optima strength and attended several sessions over the past 6 weeks.
